The event will also include the CCG’s annual general meeting (AGM) and include presentations from amongst others, Mike Maguire, chief officer and Paul Kingan, chief finance officer at NHS West Lancashire CCG.

On the subject of this first event for the CCG, Mike Maguire, said: “The CCG is committed to delivering a programme of health and social care that will benefit all of the residents of West Lancashire for which we serve.

“The My View citizen’s panel event is an opportunity for all residents to meet the CCG, learn all about the exciting work that we are delivering and in the midst of delivering; meet partner organisations and also ask questions to the CCG’s key decision makers.

“Combining this unique style of event with our AGM is a fantastic opportunity to bring together CCG staff and residents, to hear about the work of the local NHS and for us to understand what people feel is working and areas with which we need to focus our attention.”
