Reckless quad bikers cause chaos across Southport

Security teams have been called to Ocean Plaza this evening over concerns for a group of teenagers from Liverpool tearing around on quadbikes.

A group of teens riding three quads have been speeding around Ocean Plaza for the last hour pulling off dangerous manoeuvres and driving at frightened families who are trying to get to the cinema.

The quads are then speeding down the coastal road in a lap style race.

Police officers have been called but are currently dealing with other incidents and cannot attend.
