reckless driver tests positive for cocaine

A vehicle travelling at 43mph in a 20mph zone with a marked police car behind it, and then contravenes a red traffic light.

The vehicle was stopped and reported. They also provided a positive drug test, Friday 16 November. 

The driver was taken into custody.
