Southport has been taken over by a mob of friendly football fans as the club prepare to play a North West Derby.
FC United Of Manchester have taken over the town centre and camped out at Corridor Bar ahead of their clash with the Yellows at Haig Avenue this afternoon.
Shoppers and patrons said the fans were in high spirits and friendly in the lead up the the game.
Fans also entertained shoppers with chants and songs from the club.
The Port will be looking to build on their last two home games, a 5-3 win against Chorley and victory over Tranmere in the Liverpool CFA Senior Cup.
FC United currently find themselves in a relegation battle, sitting sit eight points from safety with six wins to their name this season.
Neil Reynolds’ side did get an excellent win last month, beating Bradford (Park Avenue) 3-2, but apart from that things have been difficult so far in 2019, with six defeats in eight games.
