Quiet village rocked by late evening stabbing of woman

A woman has been hospitalised after receiving serious stab wounds.

The incident happened inside a house off Botanic Road in Churchtown late last night (Monday)

OTS understands the woman in her thirties was stabbed resulting in a deep wound to her leg.

She was rushed to hospital where she was treated for her injuries.

Police are now appealing for help to track down “two men” who may be able to help with their enquiries.

CCTV footage from a doorbell has been shared with detectives.
