Questionable conduct from the Woodvale Charity Chair and the Tory councillor

8th September 2015

Professional people do have a certain duty to conduct themselves in an appropriate public fashion and set good examples. This appears to be nothing more than an example of a failure to meet this criterion.

Alison Marshall, the Woodvale and Community Association charity Chair, recently updated her Facebook page with a highly inappropriate and crude picture. This was supported via a ‘like’ by Ainsdale’s Councillor Terry Jones.

Is it too much to ask for local community charity leaders to set a good example, especially when it organises activities for local children and the elderly?

Several families have already expressed their shock at this disgusting situation.
