Members of the public are invited to a broadcast of the annual general meeting of Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust.
It will be available to watch online from 10am on Wednesday 16 September. Attendance by members of the public in person is not possible due to Covid-19 restrictions around social distancing.
Questions to the Board may be submitted in advance by members of the public. They must be received by the Company Secretary at least 48 hours ahead of the meeting. Email them to soh-tr.corporategovernance@nhs.net or by mail to: Company Secretary, Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust, Town Lane, Kew, Southport, PR8 6PN.
