Pub and club plans revealed for ex clothes shop

Owners of the former Mr Smyths building want to transform it into a chic bar and club.

Plans are provisionally in place to transform the building near to HSBC into what could be a trendy bar or pub.

The upper floors have also been earmarked as a potential apartments complex.

Brokers Curzon are hoping to drum up interest in the Edwardian style building which is currently in a dilapidated state inside.
