A man was caught on camera today smoking his head off in a shoreline food bank van in Birkdale today, Wednesday 16 November.

The van clearly has a sign in the window saying, “Smoking is strictly prohibited in this van”.

The motorist who captured smoky said “I was behind the van at the Ash Street traffic lights, I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, as I read the sign there was smoke being puffed out of the window”
