Officers from the Southport Local Policing Team have responded to graffiti found in Hesketh Park and at two bus stops on Roe Lane that OTS News reported over the weekend.
The graffiti in Hesketh Park has been removed under Sefton Council’s policy for removal of offensive graffiti as soon as possible.

The bus stop graffiti has been reported to Merseytravel so that their shelter cleaning staff can clean it off at the next opportunity.

Should members of the public see graffiti or damage to bus shelters it can reported directly to Merseytravel on 0151 236 7676 to avoid delay in getting the shelter repaired. Just give the shelter location and the reference number on the shelter.
Anyone who witnessed either of these incidents of criminal damage or who has information on who the ‘tag’ on the shelters belongs to, should report it on Facebook via MERSEYSIDE POLICE CC or pass what they know via CRIMESTOPPERS on 0800 555 111 so that we can investigate.
