Police investigate missing toddler case. Drunk parents accused
Police are investigating after a 18 month old girl was found wandering lost around the streets of Marshside today, Sunday 24 June.
The child was found wandering around the street near to the Shrimper pub in Marshside today ahead of the England game.
The child’s parents had not realised she had wandered off and it took kind hearted strangers an hour, along with police help, to reuinite the toddler with her parents.
However police are now investigating after it emerged the toddler wandered off and her parents, reportedly too intoxicated to notice, failed to begin a search for their child.
It was reported that the child was reunited with her parents.
