Police investigate attempted smash and grab at Spar Churchtown

Police are investigating an attempted smash and grab after vandals hurled a brick through the window of the Spar superstore on Cambridge Road.

The store remains closed this morning while forensics teams continue to gather evidence of the attack.

Nobody was injured and police are now investigating to see if anyone can identify the culprits.
