Judges in a Merseyside Court have been told how a drug dealer from Southport kept his gear in his underwear.
Connor Prescott (21) of Cambridge Road, plead guilty to possession of cannabis with intent to supply when he appeared at Sefton Magistrates Court on December 11 2019.
The court heard that he was driving a BMW in Southport on August 2, 2019 when he was pulled over by police.
The officer noticed a strong smell of marijuana, the prosecutor said, and following a search Prescott was found to be have nine bags of cannabis kept in a bag in his underwear.
Prescott was also found in possession of £600.00 cash and £180.00 was found in the driver’s door while an iPhone in his car was receiving calls from unknown numbers and there were texts with just addresses on them.
Solicitor Nick Archer said: “He owed money, he was paying off a drug debt.”
Ordering a probation report, the magistrates sent the matter to Liverpool Crown Court for sentencing on January 8 2020.
