Merseyside Police is appealing for information after a refuse van was stolen in Southport yesterday (Thursday 1 February 2018).
A report was received at about 12.20pm that the lorry had been taken on Sussex Road while a refuse collector was away from the vehicle collecting bins.
The white Ford Transit was later found on Fulwood Avenue and recovered.
