Renovation plans have been submitted to turn the former Royal Bank of Scotland building in Ainsdale into a bar named Morrells.
Applicant Lee Morley has applied to Sefton Council to turn the Liverpool Road venue, which has been empty for four years, into a new bar complete with external seating and a function room on the first floor.
The design and access statement submitted with the plans states: The building is current vacant, its last use was Royal Bank of Scotland who vacated the building during May 2015.
The property is set over two floors and is located on the corner of Liverpool Road and Station Road.
