Four Photography students from Southport College have received ‘Highly Commended’ status for their entries in to leading photographic equipment supplier Harman Technology’s annual student competition.
The theme of the competition was ‘Saturday Night At The Movies’ and the students were asked to submit photographs that reminded them of their favourite films.
The Highly Commended students and their work:

Stacey Jones Level 3 Extended Diploma year 2: We need to talk about Kevin
Curriculum Leader for Photography Yvette Weddon said “I am so pleased that the calibre of the students’ work has been recognised by the panel of industry experts from Harman Technology. We enter the competition every year and the standard of the entries this year was particularly high. It’s great experience for the students and something they can add to their CVs”
