A broken phone mast in Southport means people on the O2 and Sky mobile networks could be without signal for a week.
O2 say a faulty phone mast in the Churchtown area of Southport is forcing some users to lose their signal so they can’t call or use the internet.
Sky mobile customers are also affected as the service uses O2’s network.
Engineers are investigating but warn the problem could reoccur until Friday June 23rd.
O2 say they may compensate users once the issue is fixed.
