This weekend, 1- 3rd December, Hillside will have a very special visitor. Santa Claus is coming to the village.

The annex at The Grasshopper Micropub will be Santa’s grotto for the day and boys and girls can visit Santa there.

Parents can book children in for Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday afternoon by calling Santa’s little helper on 01704 569794 or emailing c/o grasshopperhillside@gmail.com.

There is a £4 charge and boys and girls will get a gift (if they are not on the Naughty List).

Friday night from 4pm there will be carol singing around Hillside’s new living Christmas Tree followed by Santa turning on Hillside’s Christmas lights at 5pm.

Mince Pies, Mulled wine and Hot Chocolate with or without Bailey’s will be available. Snow is expected in Hillside on Friday evening.
