R.I.P Patricia Lewis (Nee O’shea).

Patricia Lewis (Nee O’shea) passed away peacefully in hospital on 31st May 2017, aged 64.

Patricia was a devoted wife to the late Tommy, and loving mother to Tom and Sean, nanna to Jasmine.

Funeral will take place on Thursday 8th June 2017 at 3.15pm – West Lancashire crematorium, pippin street, Burscough.
