Dozens of rule flouting shoppers have descended on a town centre ice cream parlour causing major safety concerns.
Seating areas outside Rich’s Ice Cream Parlour have caused groups of people to congregate in large numbers breaking social distancing rules and making it difficult for others to pass by safely.
The parlour has been reported to the council this weekend for breaking vital virus safety measures.
Merseyside is still considered above the R Rate of Infection and is still a hotbed for the spread of the virus, meaning the business and others could face the full wrath of the council if they continue.
