Ormskirk Police are urging OTSnews readers to help them find this man, after an elderly lady was robbed while in Ormskirk yesterday (Thursday, July 16).
Officers have circulated this picture as they are keen to speak to him to find out more information about what happened.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: “We would like to speak to the male in this photograph following a ‘purse dipping’ incident with an elderly lady on Ormskirk Market around 1pm yesterday (Thursday).
“Do you know him?
“Have you seen him locally before?”
If anyone recognises the man in the picture, or if anyone knows any information about his whereabouts, then police let Ormskirk police officers know by calling the Neighbourhood Answerphone on 01695 566444.
