October’s Thanks a Bunch winners announced

Today Southport & Formby District General Hospital presented October’s Thanks a Bunch winners.

A spokesperson for the trust said: “This is our monthly award in which staff can nominate their excellent colleagues who have gone the extra mile.

Elaine from Ormskirk AKA ‘the silent, sparking ninja’ was nominated by Cathy. Elaine works as a domestic and always goes above and beyond. She is an all-round lovely person, very much appreciated by all. Therese Patten, our deputy chief exec, presented her with flowers and a thank you card.

Over at Southport, Sharon, our theatre receptionist received her flowers and thank you card from Jane Royds, director of HR and organisational development. Sharon always has a smile on her face, her bubbly, kind and welcoming ways put everyone at ease.
