North West Euro-MP for the Brexit Party not to stand in the EU election

Statement by Paul Nuttall, North West Euro-MP for the Brexit Party, on his decision not to stand in the EU election.

“I never thought this European election would happen; nor should it. We should have left the European Union on March 29, as promised.

“I do not intend to stand in this election. I do however, encourage people in the North West to vote for the Brexit Party. The battle to free ourselves from the shackles of the EU must continue.

“For my part it has been an honour and a pleasure to represent the people of the North West in the European Parliament for the past decade.”
