A Subaru which is untaxed and but does hold an MOT was abandoned on Broom Close in Birkdale.

A Broom Road resident told OTS News: “The owner wants to get this rust bucket scrapped – local children are using it as a climbing frame.”

“It has no tax sorn, – it shouldn’t be on the road!.”

“Merseyside Police was notified about this vehicle a week ago but it’s still here.”
