No refunds at Another Southport Car Wash

Letter to the editor 

This is the car wash that does not inform you to take your aerial off when going through the wash. My aerial snapped off during the wash they refused to help or to fix it today, Tuesday 3 July

I could not find a sign warning customers and that ARC does not accept responsibility to damage caused during a wash.

Has anyone had a similar experience, if so was it resolved?
