MY TIME FOR ME TIME – Monday 8th June 10am – 4pm and Movie and a Meal Night

A day especially for carers in recognition of all that you do. You are invited to drop-in and take part in any, or all, of these free events taking place throughout the day.

Coffee Morning 10.00am-12.00 noon Light-Hearted Quiz 12.00-1.00pm

Tiny ‘taster’ fun activities 1.00-2.45pm including hand massages, reflexology, knitting and crochet, crafts, floral arrangements, creative art, photography display, cake decorating, low-impact exercises etc.

Singing Together 2.45-3.15pm Local short walk 3.15-4.00pm
