Southport’s lowest rated ‘holiday accommodation’ is yet again facing up to a barrage of criticism after a family say their break was ruined by drunkards.
An unnamed mum of a family from Staffordshire, who chose willingly to stay at the basement rated Pontins Holiday Park in Ainsdale, has launched a complaint to say her family holiday was ruined by “people smoking drugs, acting inebriated and disruptive children” who she claims were running wild until the early hours.
The mum, alongside her partner and children, say they spent three nights of ‘hell’ at the Shore Road holiday camp from Friday, June 11, to Monday, June 14.
Unsurprisingly the mum was furthermore left disappointed to find staff reportedly failed to address any of her concerns, a common theme among poor reviews of the Pontins camp.
