Police believe a woman who has gone missing in Oldham, could be in either Southport or Blackpool.

Marylyn Taylor, aged 60 went missing from her home on The Square in Dobcross and was last seen on 9 April 2015.

She is described as white, about 5ft 6in tall with greying hair and she has slow speech.

We do not know what she was wearing when she left home, however she has been seen on CCTV wearing a light blue coat. We also believe she will be pulling a dark coloured suitcase which is on wheels.

Detective Inspector Lewis Hughes from Oldham division, said: “Marylyn has been missing for nearly a week and we are very concerned for the welfare.

“Marylyn requires regular medication which she has left home without and we along with her family want to know she is safe and well.

“She may have travelled to either Southport or Blackpool by train and we are keen to hear from anyone who has seen Marylyn or has any information of her whereabouts.”

Please call the police on 101 if you have any information.
