POLICE are appealing for the publics help to locat missinge man Philip Glassar.
Philip is 81 and was last seen leaving his home address in the Kensington (L7) area of Liverpool today (21st May).
He is described as white, around 5ft 11, of slim build with grey hair. When he was last seen, he was wearing a black baseball cap, dark jacket, light grey trousers and brown shoes. He was also carrying a red walking stick.
