Police have responded swiftly to the scene of a two car smash in Churchtown village this afternoon after a utility truck collided with another car.
Three police units responded to the scene on the junction of Marshside Road and Cambridge Road just before 2pm this afternoon.
It’s understood the front of the Ford utility truck smashed into the side of a Ford KA at the traffic junction.
Damage visible on the Ka suggests it was t-boned. The circumstances of the accident remain unclear.
Officers remained at the scene and to question both motorists and witnesses to get to the cause of the collision.
OTS understands paramedics did not attend and no arrests were made.
