Merseyside High Rise Residential Survey – landlords and responsible persons
Following the Grenfell Tower Fire in June 2017, Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority (MFRA has been working closely with Local Authority Housing Officers to visit all high rise residential buildings across Merseyside.
However we recognise that the fire strategy operated by landlords and responsible persons for individual properties may have changed since our most recent visit, for example in areas such as evacuation procedures.
In order to make sure that our premises risk information remains as accurate as possible we are asking all landlords and responsible persons for high rise properties in Merseyside to complete a brief survey and a link to this is below.
Please take time to complete the survey.
This will help us to ensure that our information for all residential high residential properties in the area remains up to date.
