Merseyrail trains on Ormskirk line disrupted due to ‘power supply issues’

Due to ongoing power supply issues on our Ormskirk line, there will be changes to services on Wednesday evening. From 1940 until end of service, all Ormskirk line services will start and terminate at Aintree.

Rail replacement buses will operate between Aintree and Ormskirk.

A spokesperson for Mereyrail said “We apologise for the inconvenience this will cause and thank you for your patience.”
