Across the weekend 18 countries in total took to the mats hopeful to secure a spot on the podium. With 78 British Taekwondo clubs, 277 Dan Grades, 244 Kup Grades and at almost a 50/50 male to female spilt, the competition showcased an exciting variety of quality Poomsae(patten).
Just one of the beauties of Poomse is its accessibility to all ages, and the event was a real demonstration of that. The youngest player to compete was Leo Aayeman aged 5, the oldest was Master Graham Jones aged 75.
We were very pleased with the confident performances from each and every member of the team who came home with an impressive six medals.
