Mcdonalds Ocean Plaza raise £1600 for Alder Hey
Some of the team at Ocean Plaza McDonalds recently climbed Mt. Snowdon to raise fund for Ronald McDonalds House Charity at Alder Hey in Liverpool.
In total they raised just over £1600. This money will go directly to the house and to maintaining all of the services they provide.
Their next project is to aid the Southport food bank services in a joint effort with local businessman and award winning wedding photographer Matthew Rycraft.
All the money was raised through sponsorship from our friends and family. Leigh who organised the climb told OTS News: “We were overwhelmed with the amount of sponsorship and support they got from their friends and family.”
The local branch continues to support local charities and are in the running for a national award with McDonald’s for all their work.
