Man sought after outraging public decency incident

Officers would like to speak to him after a man was reported to be touching himself inappropriately on a train between Orrell Park and Moorfields on 10 September.

This incident happened shortly after 8.25am on a Merseyrail service.

Officers would like to speak to the man in the CCTV images as it is believed he may have information which could help the investigation.
