Man in hospital after late night brawl
A man was left with serious injuries after being assaulted on a night out in Southport last night.
Police and ambulance crews were called to Punch Tarmeys around 1am after reports that a young Male was ‘mauled’ by two men after getting involved in an altercation at the Union Street Bar.
An update from Merseyside Police is expected shortly.
The victim is still in hospital being treated for his injuries.
