Major junction floods for the second time in weeks

A burst water pipe on the corner of Cambridge Road and Marshside Road has flooded the busy junction for the second time in weeks.

Residents complained of the burst water main back in November, with United Utilities confirming the problem had been fixed.

However residents reported yesterday that the pipe has again burst.

The pipe has left standing water all across the junction.
