Lulworth road closed both ways after smash

Traffic chaos has hit Birkdale this afternoon after a smash on Lulworth road, Saturday 24th August.

Police have been forced to close off the road between Aughton Road and Glouster Road after a collision shortly after 2.30pm.

Traffic is being diverted through Birkdale which is expected to extend journey times considerably.
