An outdoor clothing shop owner has been reported for fly tipping after dumping boxes of rubbish on Lord Street this morning.
The manager of Tresspass Clothing has been reported to the environment agency by residents above the shop who say he is well known by other shopkeepers for throwing out his stock and empty boxes and leaving them piled up with rubbish.
The environment agency say they may investigate if the incident continues and becomes large-scale, serious, organised illegal dumping, or immediately threatens human health or the environment.
