Following a theft of pedal cycle on Marlborough Road Merseyside Police have arrested 2 males residing in Southport.

Maciej Ostrowski age 35 has been charged with theft and Mariusz Juriewicz age 48 has been charged with theft and possession of cannabis and amphetamine.
