Lights out for Cambridge Arcade traders

As if the ongoing pandemic wasn’t enough, traders in the boutique Cambridge Arcade have spent the past two nights serving in the dark.

A power outage has meant that the usually well lit Cambridge Arcade has been cast into darkness with some traders, who rely heavily on outdoor seating due to lockdown rules, serving their regulars in the dark.

A council official confirmed work has started to fix the lighting issue and it is expected to be fully operational once more by the weekend.
