Lager Louts on Lord Street take advantage of the good weather, Wednesday 22 April 2015.

The street drinkers could be heard being abusive and swearing to the passing public.

The group could be seen washing and helping themselves to coins at the bottom of the water fountain.

A member of the public quoted:

“These people are going round begging and are clearly under the influence”.

A shopper said:

“Where are the police to move these people on?

Are there not by-laws to say you cant not wash and let dogs swim in these gardens?”.
