Labour’s Euro-election leaflets were still arriving on Southport doormats today, several days after the Postal Votes for the MEP election have been delivered to the same streets.
So, many Southport voters had already cast their votes by post before they had a chance to read one word from Jeremy Corbyn.
The Labour leaflet explains how Mr Corbyn wants a Brexit which “would keep a close relationship wit the EU that protects workers rights and environmental standards.” However, many voters may have already voted for the Brexit Party before they had a chance to read of Labour’s pro-Brexit message.
