Labour confused over EU policy, says MEP

16th May 2019

The Labour Party is in such a shambolic mess it has no idea what its policy over the EU is, claimed North West MEP Paul Nuttall today.

“Are they for a second EU referendum or against? Do they propose extending Article 50 – or revoking it? These are just some of the many unanswered questions stemming from their non-policy about the European Union.

“And actually are they for Leave or Remain? It depends who is speaking and frankly which way the wind is blowing. There is constant contradiction from their MPs on television and the airwaves so it is no wonder there is confusion,” said Mr Nuttall, Brexit Party MEP.

“A vote for Labour in next week’s EU election is a leap in the dark and even many of their most loyal supporters have had enough of this lack of direction. Regardless of former loyalties those who want to Leave only have one sensible option on Thursday and that is to vote for The Brexit Party.”
