L37 Fest 2019 Cancelled, Official Statement

It is with great sadness that we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel this year’s L37 Fest.

This is obviously not the outcome we had hoped for, and the whole L37 Fest team is understandably disappointed.

Sales for the Bongo’s Bingo show were on course to sell out in advance, and despite Having other performers and attractions we thought would be popular, plus with the public’s support, L37 has failed to secure enough sales over the rest of the weekend to take it forward.

We feel it would be irresponsible to mislead anyone by continuing planning something which We may not be able to deliver on.

We would like to thank everyone for their support, enthusiasm and involvement in L37 Fest ANd all those who have purchased tickets will receive a refund in due course – we are currently  making arrangements with our box office partner. we will announce details soon.

Although we cannot risk taking this event forward in 2019, we hope that L37 Fest will return at a later date.
