KGV principal Michelle Brabner has praised students for their “excellent” results with the publication of today’s A-Level results.
Michelle Brabner, Principal said: “Our students have achieved excellent results today and as such many of them will be progressing onto prestigious destinations including some of the UK’s top universities, studying courses such as law, aeronautical engineering and veterinary science.
“Our excellent A Level & BTEC Extended Diploma results reflect the determination and hard work of KGV students and staff and the class of 2022 are a credit to the College, their families and Southport. We are so very proud of everything they have achieved here at KGV Sixth Form, and we wish them every success for their future.”
Christine Bampton, Chair of Governors, said: “We are very proud of our students and it is wonderful to see their talents being recognised through these results. On behalf of the governing board, I’d like to congratulate all students and staff, whose hard work and commitment have produced such impressive outcomes.”
Grades nationwide have dropped, as expected, from 2021 when results were produced from teacher assessments.
