Staff and Students at King George V College have raised £485.50 for Queenscourt Hospice, this Christmas.
The money was raised during a Christmas Charity Day at the College on Thursday 17thDecember. Staff and students wore their most festive Christmas attire in a bid to raise money for the local Hospice – even Santa and his elves made an appearance on the day!
Jan Regan, Assistant Principal at KGV, said, “We had a fabulous day! It was great to see so many staff and students getting involved – everyone got into the festive spirit.”
“We managed to raise a huge £485.50! Thanks to everybody who took part and donated.”
