Kew housing developers hailed best in North West

A Southport housing development in the town has been hailed as one of the best in the North West.

The Kew development by Barratt and David Wilson Homes won the Best Large New Home Development Property Awards.

The award recognises the North West’s best large new home development in terms of design, specification and craftsmanship.

The Kew project will see 669 homes built in total, for both first-time and second-time buyers.

More than 50 families have now moved in across three phases at Kew, known as Pavilion Gardens I and II and Victoria Mews, which are two, three and four bedroom homes.
