JWK Solicitors continues expansion with opening of Southport office.
Local law firm JWK Solicitors is celebrating the opening of an office in Southport. 2016 has seen the firm almost double its number of offices; in addition to those in Lancaster, Morecambe and Glasgow, February saw the opening of a Kendal office based at the Rural Auction and Agricultural Centre at J36 and the Southport office, on Hoghton Street, opened its doors in November.
The new office is being headed up by Dan Brown who joins JWK from a senior managerial role at a large north-west conveyancing firm. “I am thrilled to have joined JWK Solicitors. When the opportunity arose to open and head up the new Southport office I was delighted, it is something I have wanted to do for a number of years.
“This is the first step in growing our conveyancing department to service new business to the firm. It is my aim to provide outstanding customer service to our clients, and to estate agents and mortgage advisors. With an excellent team behind me and with my forward-thinking approach, coupled with innovative technology, I am confident we can set our ambitions high and be really successful in Southport”.
JWK Director Charles Wilson said, “We are finding a growing demand for a wide range of our services, but particular growth areas are Private Client and Residential Conveyancing. Southport will be home to teams specialising in both areas. Private Client work includes Wills, trusts, probate and estate administration, attorney and court of protection work.
“We recognise that while there is significant competition from firms providing residential conveyancing, not all firms offer the service levels that clients are looking for. A typical JWK client is looking for a high level of service, to be kept fully informed as to progress and to have their sale or purchase proceed quickly and to a timetable of their choosing. Our clients are looking to forge a connection with an individual who is committed to their transaction.
“Dan’s approach to client service fits exactly with ours and we are delighted to welcome him to the team. We look forward to offering our services to the Southport community”
