Southport man arrested for begging and possession of a knife

Mr John Cooper, aged 56 of Southport has been arrested and charged with begging in a public place and possession of a knife.

Paul Robson age 46 of the Promenade has been arrested and charged with 2 burglaries at a department store in Lord Street kept in custody for court.

2 males aged 29 and 35 have been arrested for cultivation of cannabis following a Police search of premises on Upper Aughton Road Southport.
